About us

Playful Pandas is an animation studio based in Ghent, Belgium. The studio was created in 2024 by Jhonie Aelbrecht, founder of Menagerie Media Group. We are a diverse team of both young talent and experienced veterans, each of them as passionate about animation as pandas are passionate about bamboo. One of our main goals is to collaborate with other studios and share our passion. We welcome all ideas, work methods, and ways of thinking with open arms. Our team is ready to tackle any type of challenge, from full scale 2D or 3D series or movies, to adding bits of VFX, to animating characters or backgrounds for games.
